GX ORION SERIES
The GX Orion Series is a modular stationary UV LED system, that can be operated 24/7. The system allows you to design the beamprofile required for your inspection. The series consists of 5 models; 3 mother units and 2 extension units. A mother unit can be connected with an extension unit either via included cable bridges or via customized cables in any length. Contact Labino and we will simulate the beam size based on your specification and needs.

GX Orion Remote – Mother unit
GX Orion Remote is an overhead inspection lamp with an intensity of > 7 000 μW/cm2 at 38.1 cm/15″. The model is equipped with a control panel that makes it possible to dim the UV light and to set a timer to save lifetime of the LEDs. The unit has an integrated white light.

GX Orion UV & White – Extension unit
The UV & WH extension unit has an intensity of > 7 000 μW/cm2 at 38.1 cm/15″ and is intended to be connected with L3100 or L 3101.

GX Orion UV is an overhead inspection lamp, designed for inspectors that require maximum intensity of > 5 000 μW/cm2 at 38.1 cm/15″. The unit has no integrated white light. The suitable extension unit to fit GX Orion UV is – P/N L3105

Additional information
Three GX Orion units mounted together
Example of three units connected together, one GX Orion Remote and two GX Orion UV & WH Extensions, long side to long side. Note! One (1) PSU can operate a maximum of three (3) lamps. If the application requires more than three units connected, additional PSUs are required for every third extension. Instead of using the cable bridges, you can order customized cables in the length of your choice. The cable enables the units to be connected with a space in between the units and in this way increase the beam size.
